Refunds

    • How to Request: To request a refund, simply contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Return Window: Make sure the product is returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date. Refunds will not be processed if the item isn’t received within this period.
    • Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. Please ensure the product is unused and all original tags are intact. If the item shows signs of use or is missing its tag, we may not be able to process a refund.
    • Exceptions: Items priced below UGX 30,000 or those purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, only an exchange may be offered.

Important Reminder: Please contact us on WhatsApp for approval before returning any product.
